During my visit to Fidelishaus, I was impressed by the particularly warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always friendly, patient, and eager to meet individual needs. You immediately notice that they put their heart and soul into their work. The facility is clean and lovingly designed. I would particularly like to highlight the varied recreational program, which enriches everyday life and provides a lot of enjoyment. The residents feel very comfortable and well looked after here. I can recommend the senior center without reservation!

One of the worst senior centers in the area. The staff is unfriendly, disorganized, makes patients scream, they sit in their excrement for hours because they don't feel like it! They'd rather go smoke and let the students do the rest, who aren't even certified (danger to patients!) Such a shame... All information is without guarantee, just my own opinion/experience.
We are more than grateful that our grandma is in this retirement home. The employees and nursing staff are always friendly, helpful and have an open ear. Thank you for the numerous celebrations, activities, crafts, creative ideas that are made for the seniors. You can grow old with dignity here.
Overall I'm really happy. It's not that easy to find a good home. Employees always have an open ear - and that is no longer a given these days!
