Even though it was a short stay, my father had a very good experience at Aviva. The staff is really amazing, Denise Bonugli at the front desk is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond for all of the residents and their families. Ashley does a wonderful job with activities planning and execution. Ron and Caroline are both amazing and care so much for each resident. Caroline works hard to ensure that everyone has wonderful seasonal decorations and updated bulletin boards, etc. even when she stays way beyond her regular shift to get them done. The food service staff is also excellent and tries to be very accommodating. It would be even better if the nursing staff could actually help with medical needs but that is not the case, so be aware that assistance does not cover any nursing needs. Overall it is a wonderful fun & lively place and for the most part, residents seem very happy here.

I had the opportunity to help a long time family friend research and find a new assisted living home. She is a soon to be 99 year old lady who has been living in another residence for five years and was looking for a new adventure and a chance to enjoy the remaining years of her healthy life. She's vibrant, friendly and very caring to those she meets. We made an appointment and met with Kristen Duggan(sales director) and Brian Patterson(executive director). They truly embraced my friend with joy and a positive energy that made her and I feel most welcomed. We toured the apartments.The apartments are spacious and very updated and beautiful. We had a delicious lunch in the dining room, where the staff was more than attentive. The decor at Aviva, the cleanliness, the staff including the lovely woman Denise that greeted us at the desk was just wonderful.We knew immediately she wanted to move there. The process was very smooth with their help, advice, and recommendations. I truly am very happy to say that my sweet friend is in a lovely new home.
After researching numerous places to care for my dad, we decided on Aviva Country Club, and a huge reason for our choice was the receptionist, Denise Bonugli. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel at ease, providing us with all the information we needed and answering every question with patience. Denise went above and beyond to make sure the transition was as smooth as possible, and it’s clear she takes great pride in her role. Her kindness and attentiveness truly set Aviva Country Club apart. We are so thankful for her support and for making our dad’s ongoing experience that much better.
We moved my father into Aviva Country Club Heights in October 2024 and we couldn't be happier! The care and attention the staff provides to the residents of Aviva is genuine, patient and caring. The common areas are new, bright, spacious and always impeccably clean. The hallways and dining areas are well maintained, and my father finds it easy to maneuver around with his walker or cane. He enjoys the healthy dining options, and he says the chef prepares a variety of very good meals including homemade soups and hearty breakfast dishes. He loves his sunny, spacious and safe one-bedroom apartment. Our family is grateful for Denise B, Kristen D, Brian P, and all the associates who work at Aviva. Everyone goes above and beyond to make my father feel welcome and comfortable. Denise has provided us with many recommendations in the area for healthcare services and her cheerful personality always makes my father smile. During the move in process, Kristen and Brian were caring and patient with us as we navigated our way from the North Shore to Woburn. It was a stressful transition and Aviva welcomed us like family! Recently, we had family members move into Aviva Country Club Heights in Woburn. Things are going very well. Prior to the move, the staff were happy to show us around and answer all questions. There was no hurry or pressure on their part. The move-in and orientation process were excellent. The team seems to all be on the same page, well-trained, and very welcoming. They all go out of their way to be helpful and kind. The place itself is very nice and well maintained. It’s easy for residents to get around and the other residents are very friendly. I ate there a few times. The “everyday” simple menu items are good, and the daily specials sometimes are very good. We’re pleased so far. Thanks everyone!
