First and foremost I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to Dana and her staff. I have a very needy family member who requires an enormous amount of attention and care. They took care of her with respect and were sensitive to her situation. I had the privilege of working closely with Dana and she handled every task I asked of her in a timely manner and with professionalism. I was impressed to say the least. I hands down would recommend this facility to anyone who has a family member that needs constant care. So to Dana and the staff at Green Cove Springs WELL DONE! My family and I appreciate you always.

My mother loves it there. The staff is great. I waited months to post this review just to make sure everything was ok. My mums nurse Merrill is so attentive and keeps me up dated on everything. Thank you aspire for making my mum feel comfortable. God Bless
My dad came in there around January 29th 2018 coz st Vincent hospital send him there he was doing good but January 30 th 2018 I went to see him and my dad told me he was not doing to good. Then February 1st 2018 I got a phone from them about 7:30 in the morning and I went to his room the close his curtain so I could not see the doctor had to use padded on my dad to get his heart going then the doctor was trying to to put a tube down his throat and the doctor was careless coz they forced the tube down and they couldn't get down the doctor pull the tube out of his throat and had a lot of blood the doctor said my dad was bleeding internally but they couldn't find where if the doctor did pushed the tube down through his throat he would not be bleeding internally. They took him to the icu and two nurse came got me and I ask if my dad is dying the muse shook there heads yes. I went in the icu my dad was on life support I talk to him coz his heart machine was going up and I told him I will be ok and I told him that it was time for him to be with mom this was on feb 1 st 2018 after I told my dad that I kiss him and I told my dad that I love him about 8:43 am Feb 1 st I saw my dad take his last month. Now my family has a law suit happen how they treating my dad
I put my mother in this facility because it was five minutes from my home. It wasn’t that nice but I was impressed with Jack, the previous executive director, and a couple of the staff that had been there for about 40 years. After a little over a year I regret this decision. Several weeks ago she was in extreme pain with her back, obviously had a UTI, incoherent speech, and was unresponsive for almost a week. I asked repeatedly for them to do bloodwork and take X-rays to determine what was going on. They delayed both and by the time she was rushed to the ER she had a 104 degree temperature, her organs were shutting down with sepsis, and she had an abscess at the base of her spine that was MRSA. Do not allow your loved one to enter this facility. They don’t even deserve one star!
This facility is just a front for a professional skilled nursing facility in actuality it really ghetto and residents here like any other aspire facilities have no rights that anyone is concerned with respecting them aspire facilities are so ghetto it’s ok for the cnas to get into physical altercations with disabled residents this is the 2nd sister facility that I have encountered this issue and other such unethical practices
