I was very pleased when we transferred my mom to the Avenue. The care was excellent. Dementia unit was wonderful. They allowed us to bring an outside hospice in that my mother had been using for years. During her passing they were very accommodating and sincere with everything.

My dad was sent here for care and the first thing I noticed when walking in was how clean it was and how good it smelled. During our stay housekeeping always went above and beyond and always kept the place in top shape and my dad’s favorite part CLEAN BEDDING! Every day they would give him clean sheets and blankets even though there was never nothing on them. Floors were always mopped, bathrooms were always cleaned trash can never had a chance to get full. It really gave us a peace of mind not only the great staff but knowing he was in a clean environment
I just want to share that the Avenue of Ridgeville for my mom is the best the staff is so caring they are the best. Even the Maintenance guy I think his name is Francisco if not mistaken my mother's wheelchair was not working properly he was called he was so professional and so nice he carried a conversation with her he had her laughing while doing his job. He made her day I have not seen her interact like that in a while. It was a breath of fresh air to see her like that
My father-in-law has been a long term here for a little over a year. In that time, he has been very well taken care of by an awesome staff of aides, nurses, therapy, and, of course, the management team. Of course, with any facility, you’re bound to get those “one-off” days, but they are very few and far between. I would highly recommend this facility for any family members who are looking for a place for your loved ones whether it be rehab or skilled nursing. Thank you
I want to give a big shoutout to the amazing housekeeping team at Avenue at North Ridgeville Care and Rehabilitation Center. As a proud family member of a resident, I see firsthand how much care and effort goes into their work every single day. Cathy, the supervisor, is a fantastic leader who keeps everything running smoothly, and Claudette brings so much energy and positivity to the team. They both go above and beyond!
