Where do I start. My uncle was taken here and was treated horribly and sent out to er multiple times, my grandmother told the doctors in icu to take him off life support rather to be sent back to this facility. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! All of the positive reviews have to be from staff members. I have no words for the treatment and staff of this place. This place should NOT be open or operating anymore. It is unfit and inhumane how they treat people.

Do not bring your loved ones here. They fool you with their nice interior making it look very nice like they actually take care of their patients there and that is a complete lie. My dad was only here for a week until they kicked him out lying to insurance saying that he was fine and didn't need help recovering from his heart surgery which he still needed help, he literally could not walk on his own he needed assistance and he was receiving at home care afterwards. While he was there in that week staff refuse to answer his calls, constantly ignored him, and the few times that they did help him left him in the bathroom by himself when he could not walk on his own they knew he needed assistance and he would call for over an hour for nobody to respond to him. The staff is incredibly rude especially the management. They are liars and they withhold medical records from you even though you sign paperwork that release it and they ignore you and completely deny everything. They told me that I could sign paperwork to get the medical records then they tell me no we can't release it to you your father has to sign it which it states nowhere on the paperwork that I can't get it, and we waited and waited and waited I asked them several times for them to ignore me to never receive it. I've seen it firsthand visiting every day to see my father they ignore patient calls they are constantly ignoring from other patients they don't even know what beeping means when we ask them when an alarm was going off for 2 hours. Anytime we ask anybody for anything the nurses are at the nurses station laughing on their phone not doing their job ignoring their clients they told me to give my dad a shower even though that is their responsibility and they had not given him a shower in that full week until the last few days he was there and we asked every day for somebody to do it and I couldn't believe that they told me to do it myself which is insane to do why are we paying them for me to do their job? My husband had to help my father use the restroom because once again nobody would help him. The only person there that was actually nice was one of the aides l and he was phenomenal and actually cared about my dad and took care of him. The physical therapist was nice as well but he wasn't with him enough. I'm furious that they said to insurance that he was good enough to go home when he was still unable to walk on his own. Now my father has passed and they are still lying to me and refusing to give me paperwork that we had already signed a month prior and I have been waiting for over a month to get this medical record release. They are now telling me I have to go to probate Court which I know is incorrect information I know people that work in the medical field and they all said that's a lie so do not bring your family here they are con artists they are scammers they will not actually help your family don't be fooled by how nice it looks and how nice they actually, it is a horrible place I am so lucky that my dad did not fall and hurt himself or worse while he was in this facility. I have email proof of everything because they kept wanting to do phone calls and ignore the situation. So I will make sure I write a review everywhere so people know never to bring people here ever again this place should not be running anymore with how disrespectful they treat their clients and their families. They promised us the first day that they take care of them and they love them like their own be wary of places that say that because it is always a lie. I am extremely disappointed with the management of this company shame on them for treating human beings like this.

My mother came to this facility on Respite. she was only going to be there for 5 days. it took over an hour and a half to get a drink of water even though her room was right next to the nursing station. When you go in the hall everyone doing what they do. Ignoring patient lights. Now this place managed to call my mother benefits and they called us saying they told them she was permanently admitted. My mother hit the roof. Imagine having your own home and needed to use the facility because your children wouldn't be around if something happened in that time frame They managed to scare the life out my mother. Now it took me two months to get an approval from my mother's primary care doctor to even partake in the Respite program because her doctor refuse to sign anything else. My mother has a nurse through the week for part of the day. and they called to get things moved around in under 5 days. I have filed a complaint with BBB and I wont stop making noise until someone put my mothers mind at ease. The one star is because I had to. I give negative -*****
This home has greatly improved since the new administrator Gene came in, he’s been nothing but helpful kind and has taken the time to address questions and concerns about my loved one. He and staff have been very responsive. My family member is so happy here and he loves that he gets check in visits from admin himself. Such a caring group of people, admin was even responsive during the holiday.
