Terrible, terrible employees that work there.they don’t care about no one. All it is is a paycheck they care about. Front desk is atrocious. Food was delivered to my mother and it took them 3 hours to bring it to her, I had to show up there my self to bring it to her. They need to sweep house and bring in all new employees that deserve a job, these people deserve to be in welfare. Do better. It’s not just a business people. It’s more than that. Do better. You disgust me.
Front desk people are so helpful and welcoming. The facility is clean and the nurses and physical therapists have done a great job with my uncle.
My mother was here for therapy that she hardly received. She had to call 911 herself a few times. Would not recommend this place to anyone based off the “doctors” and nursing solely. When the therapists are available they were wonderful. My mother has a trach in and a respiratory therapist only comes once a week. Cannot believe this place is still open.
Not a good facility to be or work at. They show favoritism with certain profiles and groups of people. Too much fraternizing between staff members and most of them don't care. How is a CNA a union rep and able to negotiate on behalf of NURSES when they don't even know what it's like to be a nurse? 🙄
