My grandfather Gail stayed here for a wile. He had the best care here ever. We appreciate all the staff. That help care for him. He enjoyed his style. They had fun activities. His room was keep clean a ND titdy. I never noticed the nursing home smell that you smell in many homes. He was bathed and neatly dressed every day. They were so exclusive with our family and very welcoming.

Avalon Springs took care of my mother. Overall I found all the staff; nursing, activity director, physical therapy, housekeeping/janitorial, meal preparers, and reception staff, to be very loving and compassionate to the residents. I visited often and I thought the residents and the facility was maintained well with a cheerful attitude and environment and kept very clean. I am very grateful that my mother was able to be taken care of so well in the last months of her life. God bless you all for all your hard work in caring for the elderly.
My aunt was neglected. She fell and broke her hip in the facility and Nurse Gail tried to gaslight us when we found out. - the staff was rude and disrespectful - Nurse Gail is racist - they dont wash their patients properly (my aunt suffered multiple UTI's
I would personally like to Thank all the staff at Avalon Springs, they are the Best of the Very Best. Avalon Springs is a Beautiful facility and experienced staff that love and care for their patients. I was so impressed by the staff, that called me by name when I came in and requested entrance into the facility, wished I lived closer to volunteer at this facility. They always took the time to discuss Mary's needs. Love them all!!!
I am --and was--merely a friend who visited another friend here. However, what I saw transformed my view of nursing homes, which was that I'd really rather die than go to one. Avalon Springs location is lovely, a gift. Its staff is loving and thoughtful and intelligent. The quality of my friend's final days could not have been more full of love. Thank you, Avalon Springs staff.
