My grandma is here for rehab. She’s been here for almost a week and so far so good! Staff was nice when we were there and she said everyone has been kind. Also complimented the food. The place was decently clean, had nice outdoor space, a daily activity schedule, and lots of visitors.

I waa very impressed with Autumnwood today! Much more than when I was there in the past. It had been many years. The whole building is beautiful, and well taken care of! The staff was friendly and helpful! I highly recommend them, from what I saw today!
Always loved being here. Great staff and managers. Happy to see my inlaws settled and happy
Facility being remodeled; however resident’s rooms are not and they are very small (semi-private) and most of the times not very clean. I recommend touring the facility prior to placing a loved one there.
Autumnwood has been a great experience for my dad. There has been some minor yes and dad with staff but my dad is being well taken care of. Thank you for everything u do for him.
