We have been so pleased with my sister’s ongoing experience at Autumn Trace. Beth, Wendi, and Delores have been wonderful. All the employees are respectful, kind, and work hard to develop positive relationships with all residents. The schedule of activities has been amazing, especially the recent music from a live band. I would highly recommend Autumn Trace for a positive and caring assisted living life.

There are not enough words of praise for the staff and facility at Autumn Trace in Seymour. Our family member lived in there for 3 years. It became home for the resident as well as her family. The care was above and beyond expectations up until the time of her passing. She loved living in the close neighborhood - that's what we call it - of all the residents and their family members. The care and attention given to each and every resident is genuine and heartfelt. The staff takes care of each person according to their needs with love and professionalism. They constantly seek ways to make each resident as comfortable and settled in as possible. The residence offers a variety of activities that your family member will be encouraged to participate in ranging from painting to exercise to movie time with popcorn. They also welcome musicians to perform throughout each month. Autumn Trace is a welcoming home when your family member reaches the place in life that living alone is not safe any longer. As a family member, you will always be welcome to visit, and have meals with your loved one. There is even the availability of hosting a family celebration in a large, private dining area where you can bring in your own party stuff and make yourself at home. You will never feel as though you don't belong - because you do! It is a "family affair" to be enjoyed and experienced by all those who want to be involved. So, if you are looking for a home for a loved one or yourself - take a look at Autumn Trace. It is truly a blessing to have such a beautiful facility with trained staff in our small town. Every time you walk in the front door, you get a down home feeling that you are where you are welcomed and belong.
Beth and her staff make Autumn Trace more than just Assisted Living for my father, they treat residents like they are family, not just the residents but those families of those residents. Always going above and beyond for my family...even today during this exceptional cold where my mother was going to be on the farm by herself, Autumn Trace encouraged her to spend the next few days with my father at Autumn Trace free of charge. They are always helpful in working with me with dad's many medications and coordinating the prescriptions from Family Drug from the various doctors to help keep a watchful eye on how he is doing. The facilities are clean and kept up to maintain as a home would be expected to be. Perhaps the one thing they did that just was incredible was in July when I asked if they could host a surprise 60th anniversary party for my parents, Beth told me not to worry about anything except inviting friends and family. She and her staff would take care of the rest...and September 2nd that's exactly what she did. We pulled off the surprise with cake, decorations, and dinner for all who wanted to stay after the party part was over. Beth and her staffed served everyone graciously like they would during regular meal times. She helped Zoom in my brother from California and others who couldn't be there physically in person. Because their dining room area is large enough to hold 70 people (we think we had about 90 in there ... standing room only), it was the perfect place for this event that our family will never forget. I can't imagine other places going to the lengths that Beth and her staff go to for the residents. My father was a farmer so moving off the farm has been difficult, but he is treated so well at Autumn Trace, he now calls the farm Mom's and Autumn Trace is his home now, taking part in special events and activities as they are offered. I am so incredibly grateful for how the Lord has provided for my parents by leading them to Autumn Trace. I can't thank Beth and her staff enough for all she has done and continues to do for my dad.
Beth, Christy, and the staff at Autumn Trace have been wonderful caregivers for two residents for whom I serve as guardian. They have gone out of their way to make their new home feel like "home," and to provide for their needs. The facility is wonderful and attractive and is just what they need. Thank you!
I was recently invited to your this facility this week with my mothers breakfast group. I am so glad I did! I was a wonderful time. We were served breakfast which was amazing. Them we toured the entire facility. It has one bedroom, two bedrooms and suites available. And they are big and handicapped accessible. The rooms are big and very nice. They have game rooms, tv rooms, coffee bar and exercise room and more. I couldn't believe how clean and how nice everything was. They also have CNAs on hand should a medical emergency need come about. These are apartments that you rent monthly. They are resonably priced to fit your needs. Any one over 55 can live there. Also if you want to have a party or meeting you are welcome to use one of their rooms. And they are very nice! Just give them a call. It is free to use. Well I highly recommend this place. Just check them out for yourself.🙂
