Paula Crews is in Room 003 on T floor. She likes being by the window. She likes the food. The staff are nice to her and give her the help she needs. Her spirits are good. My difficulty is getting her therapy schedule. This is needed so I can schedule an appointment for someone from Anderson Buick to come to have her sign paperwork to return the car to them - the sooner, the better. My phone calls do not get returned in a timely fashion.

Terrence Burton absolutely enjoyed his first stay at Autumn Lake Post Acute Care Center this past weekend. He was there for 3 nights. The staff was amazing with the care and attention he received. He enjoyed the activities, meals, social interaction with the visiting church and above all the feeling of warmth and comfort. As my brother’s sister and caregiver, it was important to me that my brother’s care and wellbeing be shared and supported. Thank you to all the staff for the outstanding care and kindness given to my brother. Kind regards, Mrs Crystal Slowe( sister & caregiver)
The old building & furnishings show some wear. Maybe The Orioles & Ravens could show them some love & help with some upgrades. One of the elevators has been broken for several months. The outdoor patio is a bit sad. The patio could use some trees & flowers. The player piano in the lobby doesn’t work. How about a fundraiser. ? What really matters to my family is the good care my Dad receives. The staff have always been kind while I’m visiting. My Dad seems happy at Autumn lake Post Acute Center.
So far so good! All staff were very nice to me and my father. Answered some questions I had, pleasantly. A male staff graciously gave me something i asked for to help my Dad. Wish i could remember his name, he was house Keeping and doin a great job. He may have had other responsibilities, but he was very happy to assist me. All the caregiver were awesome. So far so good.
My mom made the horrible mistake of choosing this facility because it was close to home. First I will say that some of the staff is very loving and kind also there is a supervisor Tanya who was quite helpful and as sweet as pie. However it takes more than just a few good people! The lack of care is completely unbelievable. My mom’s roommate had to change my mom’s diaper because no one came to help. The place is filthy. The toilet in my mom’s room was never cleaned and stayed the way you see it in the photo even today it still hasn’t been cleaned. They need proper training in many areas. If you truly love your family members NEVER send any of them to autumn Lakes. You will absolutely regret it.
