I have to give it a 3 because my Mom is currently there, SOME of the aides (NOT ALL) that assist the patients are not great, they either have too much to do being pulled in different directions or they need more training. Some of them are really rude to the patients & treat them like it’s too much for them to do what they need. The staff is super friendly and the supervisors, coordinators etc are very helpful & knowledgeable. The nurses & physical therapists are wonderful. Receptionists are wonderful. Would really rate this facility much higher had my Mother not had such negative experiences with the aides she had. The facility is clean.
It reminds me of something from a dark movie. If you love your family member don’t allow luminous hospital to trick you into sending your love one there they knew it was a covid OUTBREk there and they sent my mom instead of waiting 2 days for the Crofton. facility. The staff I met was very nice but when I came back to take her home that same night I caught them off guard. It’s all about money, get them in and ship them on. No one should ever go through this
My sister is under the care of Spa Creek Healthcare, I try to see her daily but that does not always happen. When I am there she seems to be very comfortable and well cared for. The nurses are friendly and attentive to my sister’s needs. Her room is clean and she appears clean whenever I am show up there. I have inquired about how the meals are and she said that is very tasteful and always appealing to eat. The admiration staff are always friendly and are willing to listen and help, they are pleasant to talk too as well. I am very pleased with the care she is receiving. Thank you so much, Robert Allen
It’s an emotional experience when you have to leave your vulnerable loved one in someone else’s care. The staff at Spa Creek, and I mean everyone, from the front desk receptionist, to the admin staff, to th food service staff, to the nursing and caretaking staff, was very receptive and accommodating! While I am only worried about my loved one, I watched closely how they handle over 100 other patients and loved ones w care and compassion, even under trying and stressful conditions sometimes. God bless the staff at Spa Creek, today and everyday, they do an excellent job!
