This facility is great for anyone family members to come and visit. My family member has been there for several months. and let me tell you the facility has been nothing but kind and helpful to care for my family member around the clock. My family member normally goes to the emergency room every other day for different reasons. the hospital sent them here for rehab and my family member has not had to go back to the hospital ever since. they are recovering and doing well. I recommend anyone who is looking for excellent care for your love ones to take them here. You wont regret it. I am forever thankful for all the staff for caring for my family member. Yall have no idea how much this means to all of us that because of this nursing home staff my family member is doing much better. Thank again

It’s nice the staff is wonderful and helpful to inform you what’s going on and friendly to everyone they help my mother alot and hope for more experience and smiling faces
Autumn Lake is a warm and welcoming facility. The building is clean and sanitary. The staff perform their job well and genuinely care for the residents. I’m satisfied with their professionalism and level of care given to my mom. Kudos! goes out to the Autumn Lake Perring Parkway Team.
My visit was nice and everyone. Was helpful and friendly.
I have had the pleasure of seeing a nurse there provide the most wonderful care. She is very thorough and kind. I know I would want her to be my nurse if I were ever in the need. The other staff are very good as well. I see people being respected and caring.
