I cannot speak highly enough of Autumn Lake The Resort at Oceanview Assisted Living Facility! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and a genuine sense of community. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful— impeccably maintained, vibrant, and filled with an active, welcoming atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. A special shout-out goes to Pamela Ireland, the Director of Admissions, who is truly a gem. Pamela’s kindness, compassion, and professionalism made all the difference during this transition for my mother. She went above and beyond to answer every question we had, providing detailed information with patience and care. Her accommodating nature and caring demeanor made my mother feel right at home and confident that her needs would be met with the utmost attention. Pamela’s dedication to her role and to the residents is inspiring, and we feel so grateful to have her involved in my mother’s life. Autumn Lake The Resort at Oceanview is a remarkable place, and with Pamela leading the admissions process, it’s clear that this facility prioritizes both excellence and heartfelt care. We are thrilled to have found such a wonderful home for my mother and couldn’t be happier with our experience!

My visit at Autumn Lake Healthcare in Oceanview NJ was welcoming. The staff were very attentive & kind. I had the pleasure to meet Pamela. She is extremely passionate about Autumn Lake Healthcare, staff & residence and goes above and beyond for them. The design of the interior & decoration in all of the rooms is very bright and open. The residence seemed to be enjoying themselves in the activities room and therapy rooms. I was very impressed with my visit there today.
Today May 3rd 2024 I went to see my mom early and I am very happy with the way Autumn Lake looks with their newer appearance. The lobby looks awesome and the rooms are being painted. I've been coming there to see my mom for 6 months and I enjoy taking her out now and then but I also got to know many of the patients there and they all seem happy. From the maintenance men to the nurses and the receptionist and everybody I have met people are very friendly. Nathan does a great job and Pam is extremely loved by the residents. My mom thinks the world of her. She has the greatest personality that is very friendly and cares about the residents very much and I noticed how much they are care about her in return. I like how they do a lot of activities such as superhero day and other days when they do different things. It is fun to watch and see the smile on my mom's face.
I went to the fall fest today and everything was so much fun! There was so much to do and the staff were great! As soon as I got there I was greeted by a lady named Pam who I later found out was the guest relations admission director, All of today couldn't have been done without her and I will be coming back every year!
I have been working with Pam to help get a friend into autumn lake and she has been so supportive and helpful I can’t say enough positive things thank you so much for what you do.
