The receptionist was extremely pleasant and the facility was well taken care of. The residents I encountered at the facility appeared happy which is always a good sign. Our good friend has enjoyed her stay and is pleased with the attention she’s receiving on her way to recovery!

The rehab cen3415 Greencastle Rd.ter in Burtonsville Autumn Lake at Oak Manor, This place is wonderful the rehab PT training is wonderful. Top notch from the first time you come in through the front door, until the time you’re ready to leave, they take care of you at 100%. I recommend anyone who needs rehabilitation to please get in touch with this place: Mike, Togin, Kristina, Bill, Yasir, and Sydney, they all do a great job. We had Church on Easter, and man, we had a great time. The pastor invited me up to speak on some things and what I’ve learned from my pastors. You know I had a great time being up there next to him. Miss Winnie,from nursing, is so serious that she would not let you slip. The maintenance team, they are so sharp. Boy, you will need these brothers if you race a car at the track to be your pit crew. These brothers are on point fast and accurate. Yeah this is a great place. Thank you Oak Manor. I wanna thank my wife for turning me onto this place. I wanna thank the front desk, Brook. Thanks to Sharda, Chyna, tresha the intire maintenance staff, everyone on the cafeteria staff, Cindy & my best friend Michelle. I don’t know all their names but it’s a wonderful, wonderful staff and Mr. cool brother my man be wears nice clothes. All the time is very hard for me to remember some of their names because I just went through a lot of trauma and I have to really think, and they are really helping me with all this man. Thank you Oak Manor like I was saying the church service we had, we had like up to 18 people in just stopping by coming on in. now for the people on the second floor Winnie is the best don’t play with her. She’s a sweetheart, but don’t play with her. Jackie the other ones I don’t know their names but they do their job very, very well. Yes Juju is a very hard worker very hard. She’s a sweetheart too. What’s the young lady named Jacqui 🙋🏽♀️ she works the night shift. She comes in at seven, I think, but she make sure you have everything you need if I’m forgetting anything charge it to my heart not my head. Man, I love the PT staff. Here is very good. Very good Mr. Bill. Thank you for bringing me in the way you did brother Mike. Thank you Togin. Thank you Kristina. Thank Elton, Thank all of you, thank all of you to the glory of God I say amen. P. S. The PT department here is is it man it’s unbelievable the way Mike and his crew Tisha Christina, and all them man I’m telling you this was an experience that I needed to have. I’m so glad I came to this place to get rehabilitated, I don’t think there’s any other place like it I have met a lot of people made a lot of great friends and in a way. I’m kind of sad that I’ll be going home but I gotta go home. Thank you autumn Lake. AUTOM LAKE::2floor The UNIT MANAGER/HASSINA She runs a well oiled machine. The lady’s are very serious about their business, very kind. Michelle/Cindy/Fatima/Soriba are great people they helped me to stay on track with the conversation and food they provided for me and the staff very professional. Jules/Toyin/ Jackie/D/ and Winnie they make sure that you are comfortable and safe thx HASSINA for running a tight staff. Sharda the activity director always keeping up to date with everything to keep me active
They ignore the call button. When they do answer the call, they don't let you forget how much of a inconvenience is is to tend to you. They let you get to full blown pain before any meds are given. They chase the pain instead trying to staying on top of it. As a patient that had no choice but to go into a rehab for IV therapy after a failed, complicated knee replacement, I was made to feel like a criminal when I asked for help. There were 2 lady employees that picked a fight and argued with me about something stupid every time they came into my room. These facilities collect much money to have nasty, mean employees that show no compassion. The furniture is marked up, knobs missing from draws and peeling paint, loose receptacles with dark burn marks running up them. Can you say fire hazard? The fire marshall should have a ball here!
My name is Margaret Jackson, I am writing this to commend the staff for their professionalism when introducing themselves and performing their tasks. After sustaining an injust, I was faced with the requirement to stay in a rehab center. Of course this would be an opportunity to see all of the horror stories. Nevertheless I was greeted wit the opposite when staff was professsional and showed their care. I am looking forward to my discharge and am sure that residents that come after me will say the same.
