The staff was clearly excellent. The facility was clean. The first floor, where first impressions are made, had furnishings which were clean and comfortable. The second was apparently where old furniture was sent to be unnoticed.

Very attentive to the clients. The facility is very clean and the staff is wonderful. They are taking very good care of my love one.
My father was at Autumn Lake at New Britain for 3 months. The care he received from nursing and PT was incredible and he was treated with dignity and respect. His entire care team, including SW, was very communicative and responsive.
Facility treated my Mom well. Was kind caring and very helpful. Mom was treated with respect in her final days. I am glad that she spent her last days In good hands
Food is poor. Sometimes my mother's meal isn't what she ordered. There's improvement in my mom's care. The PT department is very good.
