This was our first opportunity to visit my FIL at Autumn Lake as we live in Utah. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The facility was clean and organized. What was great to hear was my FILs comments about the different people who work there, how nice they are, how happy they always are, and how helpful they are to him and the other people. It warms my heart to know he's in a place with such caring individuals.

The Willows is a very clean and friendly place. It is cheerfully decorated with a pleasant feel to it. The staff interacts with the patients in a very kind way-they did not treat them as if they were bothering them as they do in some other places. There are a myriad of activities for the patients to participate in-something for everyone! Plus there is no smell like in some of the other facilities I have visited. I highly recommend it!!
We did not have a good experience here. My mother had squirreled food several times and it took hours for them to notice. She couldn’t even talk. The aid wiped her eye that had pink eye and then proceeded to wipe her mouth with the same wipe. My other laid in soiled diapers for many hours. I visited almost every day and the same garbage would be on the floor for almost an entire week. They were supposed to do rehab for an hour every day but it was more like 15 minutes a few time a week
Everyone at this facility is friendly and kind. Very attentive with the patients. We feel lucky that our parent is under such good care.
Therapists are thorough and easy to talk to. The care given, though not always as timely as it should be, is empathetic and cheerful. The administration is most often available for consults.
