I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at Autumn Lake Longview. From the front desk, to admissions, to the PA, to the nursing assistants, to the nurses, to PT and OT, to speech pathology, to social workers, to dietary and activities, and laundry services, everyone has been absolutely wonderful. The positive energy at the facility is palpable. The facility is clean and pride is taken in keeping it so. They treat their patients with kindness and compassion, and it is obvious that they love what they do. What is also interesting to me is that I am very aware that they have very challenging careers and that every day presents its own challenges. However, the patients and their families would never know it. I am very grateful for that care and compassion. They are providing my father the care and compassion he needs as he steadily works to improve and return home. They have provided my family with hope during a very difficult and stressful time. My one final hope is that they see the impact that they are making. Thank you so very much.

My mom had excellent care at Your facility! My mom always had a smile on her face and was dancing in her wheelchair, talking and cracking jokes when we came to visit. She was always clean and her room was immaculate. Kudos to all the staff for the wonderful work you do at Atumn Lake Healthcare at Long View! I was very pleased😊 Sincerely, Leandra
My sister was admitted to Autumn Lake immediately from her hospital stay. From day 1, the staff was very attentive to her needs. She had a serious hand wound which they started treating immediately and by the time she left, the wound was healed. They also engaged her in the activities that she enjoyed and knew just what she needed. Thank you to the staff who part of her care team. You're the best!
Impressed with the care given to my sister. Gracie braided her hair and that made her feel better. The social worker was very kind (Sharon I think was her name). The front desk greeted me as I walked in and was helpful.
When they have their people here it’s fine but they just seem to send in a complete group of agency people every day. My health has gone down in the 9 months I’ve been here.there are only 6 people I trust in here and that does not include management.if all of there cavities are run like this them I can understand why people in here are fed up.cold food cold coffee horrible good no taste or so over cooked it’s a pity. The regular staff is so overwhelmed that it’s hard for them to get anything done. I never get my meds on time its hours late every day.as far as I’m concerned I do not recommend this place but I had no choice really and I have ended up here and here is where I will die
