We are very pleased with our experience at Autumn Lake Catonsville. My mother is in the rehab wing and has received attentive, warm care. Nurses, therapists, aides, and other staff are always around. Everyone is friendly and when I arrive to visit, someone is usually in with my mother. She is a bit confused, but she knows that she is being treated kindly and I hear her telling the staff that she loves them. My mother's roommate told us that the food is good. The facility is clean. All in all, this has been the best rehab experience my family has had.

I’m m going to start no one should ever be treated like this this place is awful terrible it stinks in there. The elevator look like it’s from 1950. The carpet look like hardwood floors this place is terrible. You have six people sharing one bathroom how disgusting is that no linens it’s dirty in there no privacy this place should be shut down in the ravens to be partnership with them is an embarrassment it’s really amazing what I seen I’m traumatized. I can’t believe my eyes and I work at a nursing home and there’s no way that this should be going on. I wish I can give them negative no stars but it makes you give them one star. They don’t deserve any stars. They deserve to be shut down. This is very sad that you treat people like this and you take their money every month. did I say no privacy three people in the room I couldn’t even sit down and visit the person I was visiting because there’s no chairs really sad. Do not never put your family member in this place. Find something else that cares about people.
If your love one needs special assistance this is not the place for them. My love one had Parkisons and repeatedly kept falling. They stated they are only responsible to come in every 2 hours to check them , which we never observed while we were there. After 7 falls we demanded our loved one to be taken to the hospital to be checked out even though the facility did not feel it was medically necessary.If they are not hungry at the time a meal is served and they state that then the meal is taken away as a refusal. The rooms were not kept clean and there were mouse traps in the room that were visible. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
My brother was a resident since 2023. The staff took very good care of him until his departure to stay with his daughters. Thanks to the staff for a job well done.
I am sorry to say my experience at Catonsville nursing home I am highly disappointed in the Ravens organization that they will partner with in Catonsville facility is a graveyard. The lack of supplies I'm not saying that all the Autumn Lakes are a graveyard . I had to humble myself. I left the Autumn Lake in Laurel Maryland . a totally better run organization. Overall cleaners.It was like leaving a 5 star to down sizing to a Motel
