Our mom has now been living at Autumn Lake for just over a year. Obviously it is a huge change from her living on her own, but the staff has been so nice. We visit almost every week and everyone is very upbeat and friendly. It's nice to know that our mom is being taken care of. Wonderful Christmas Celebration!! Staff did a Super Fantastic job, to fulfill the purpose of Christmas!Love for others, and Christmas is still about Christ we can never forget He is the reason for the season!🥰
Our loved one stayed here for a respite and we were disappointed. Some staff were very nice but the communication was poor and the staff did not seem to know how to care appropriately for our family member. There was not any meeting upon admission to discuss care as we have received in other facilities. We had 4 respite stays for our family member over the course of a year and this was by far the worst. I would not recommend this facility especially for an individual that is not able to advocate for themselves. It might be fine for a rehab stay for someone that can communicate their needs. Some of our concerns were brought to administrative staff and we were told by a third party that they would "look into it". We did not receive any response at all. Our loved one declined drastically during the respite stay and it is our family's opinion they were not able to adequately meet her needs. It was also extremely upsetting that they did not respond at all to our concerns.
If you value your loved one's health, well being, and life, you won't enter their front door. There were three incidents which occurred, but I won't go into detail here. I have concrete proof of two of the incidents, but not the third. I have pictures of one, but I couldn't get the pic to post. They are irresponsible and neglectful of the patients in their care. Steer clear. Unfortunately, it would not let me post this without giving it at least one star. But rest assured they are getting no stars from me. **************** I will edit this so I can respond to your standard reply. It won't let me reply directly to your comment. It's the same response you've given to everyone on here who knows how irresponsible your facilty is. You do not care, and you should be shut down. Too bad I don't have enough proof.
I had no complaints it was like clock work. Our visit went smoothly and our patient was well groomed and alert. We were very pleased
