Everyone there, from the front desk, to admissions, nursing staff, PT staff, and nurse's aides were amazing. We wanted to thank you for taking care of Mary like she was a member of your own family.

Great place with wonderful, caring, and friendly staff. My great grandma was transferred here after a horrible experience at a hospital. The moment she arrived, they immediately started taking care of her and really giving her the care she needs. It has only been a few days and she has recovered so much and is able to come home. She has told me herself that the nurses are so lovely there and she adores the staff. Thank you guys so much for taking care of her!! It is so hard to trust other people to care for your family in their worst moments, but you guys have blown my expectations out of the park. Thank you!!!
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The residents seemed happy. Some staff were pleasant and helpful while others paid no attention to a visitor who needed directions to the restroom.
On my visit to see my daughter Jamie Svendberg I was very disappointed. She waited over an hour for her pain medication. She had told the nursing supervisor and the nurse I believe her name was Paula claimed she was never told. There was a bag of dirty towels on the floor from the night before that were soiled with feces and then she said they wake her up at 2a.m. to weigh her. Why? I am very disappointed with your facility.
My father recently was at autumn Lake for short term rehab. They have recently renovated the entire building, and it looks beautiful! Used to be Green carpeting, which they have removed and replaced with linoleum or tile. When you walk in there is never an unpleasant odor and it looks clean. My father had multiple medical issues and staff was always very receptive to my questions and helpful. In addition, he received physical therapy, I believe almost every day. Even on Sundays, they would bring him down to their department and work with him. When he first got there, he was not able to walk at all and needed assistance to stand up. On his last day, he was able to walk with a walker and assist about 250 feet from the therapy department to his room. That’s what I call progress. 😊. Would recommend….
