From the moment my husband & I drove up, we could tell this would be a nice place. The lawns were nicely manicured, they had a nice little sitting area, etc.. We liked the fact that in order to get in the facilities, you needed to be let in but a person. Initially we went into the wrong building. The nurse showed us where we needed to go, as we were in the wrong building. Once at the right building we were pleasantly let in the building and greeted by Phyllis. When it was dinner time she was very hospitable and made sure she had what she needed. While visiting a nurse came in to give me mother in love her medicines and she was also pleasant. My mother in love also praised the Doctor for his compassion & patience. Overall we had a nice visit & didn't see any noticeable concerns. Why 4 stars & not 5... The only 2 downs I would say. While there we did have moths flying around in her room. Which Phyllis thanked my husband for taking care of. My mother in love also complained about the food & sometimes it not being cooked thoroughly. But that could be a personal preference, so can't say it's really a concern. Thank you for taking such good care of her!

DO NOT SEND YOU FAMILY HERE ! They do not care about there staff or residents!! All they care about is a paycheck. Your family will decline and go down hill ! if you know what’s best for you DONT WORK OR SEND your FAMILY!
The people seem very kind to the residents, but the place stinks of urine and my friend seems to be in her nightgown all day on weekends and doesn't get lunch till late. Not impressed with the cleanliness of the building. Giving it three stars only because the staff seems considerate. UPDATE since I wrote the above a few months ago: The place smells better and I've had a chance to see some truly compassionate care from the therapy staff. The building is still not that clean, but I feel better about the care my friend is getting.
I visiting a loved one on Saturday 4/6. I have to say, this is the first time of many visits where every staff member was actually up, working, and engaging with the residents. The housekeeping staff was cleaning the whole time I was there and everything looked and smelled clean. I’m not sure who the weekend manager ia, but please keep her, she ia running a tight ship.
My dad spent at least 4 months there. I appreciate the helpful and friendly staff. Pictured below is my dad and my sons, his grandsons
