They strive to make the best meals possible, outstanding! I did this review about 2wks. ago . My husband had been in Autumn for approximately 60 days, he has now been placed in another nursing facility. I give the CNA staff there a 2, he stayed wet over half the time they always said they would be back, most of the time that was 2hrs later. He had sores on his back end and genitals from stay wet so much. At first he had a private room then was moved to semi private when medicade took over. The room was so small a visitor had no where to sit also wasn’t very clean. The CNAs for the most part were hateful , rude and spiteful. On his last day there I walked in and he laid on an unmade bed and was soak and wet even on his shirt. He had not been changed for hours! They only had a handful of good CNAs the rest were terrible. So much more I could say about this place . Oh, and yes I did complain about things several times but nothing ever changed!

My husband’s sister was transferred from the hospital to Autumn Care for her last few days of life. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The facility was clean and bright. The residents seemed comfortable and well cared for. A special thank you to Beverly, Lisa, Stacy, Grace, and Karen. They made a very difficult time much better. If you’re looking for a facility to provide quality care, Autumn Care is well worth a visit.
My brother was transferred from Hospice Care to Autumn Care of Saluda in September, 2021. The staff in every respect has been professional, caring, and has gone above and beyond expectations to meet his needs and make him comfortable and keep me informed. Specific people I would like to mention are Stephanie, Jennifer, Beverly, Tracy, Lauren, Vivian, Mariah, and I know there are others. Every single person we have dealt with has been helpful, caring and professional. The facility itself has been clean, neat and attractive every time I have visited, and I usually visit unannounced.
I read all these wonderful reviews and wonder if I'm in a different place. I have ALS and I'm confined to bed. A check has gone missing and the social worker does not respond two calls . The ratio of staff to patients is terrible when I call for help, it's sometimes takes an hour to get a response. There are so many things wrong that I am not sure to whom I should address my concerns, but at this point, maybe only 5% respond or follow through
My husband is in rehab in this facility, the nurses, nurses aids , therapists and a added bonus the office workers are awesome, always pleasant, hard working, they have been on top of all his needs he has came so far , THANK YOU SALUDA AUTUMN CARE
