We really enjoyed ourselves at the holiday party. Brenna and Fran did a masterful job keeping the residents happy and active. Great job ladies. My frat brother Ronald Clark is very content and satisfied 🤙🏿❄️

Please be aware before sending a family member here. Do a walk through see the conditions and how the employees interact with the patients also pay attention that majority of the good reviews are by employees I assume management is asking them to post to get/keep the rating up.
Let me sum it up this way, other than the horrible smell down the hallways the staff that didn’t look like they could care less about you or anyone else in the facility they gave me my family members belongings without ever having met me without asking me to sign for anything. If you want your loved ones safe or they’re belonging secure I would not recommend letting them come to autumn care.
Readers beware: I rarely review, and when I do it is usually succinct. That is not the case here. If this is TL;DR then at least read the last updated paragraph of this review only. Don’t be fooled by the overall inflated rating of this place- it is mostly from people who work there who were likely advised by management to leave a good review. Pay close attention to the actual visitors of loved ones here. Also please know most nursing homes are horrible. If you have other resources, try to arrange to care (with full family participation) for your loved ones in your homes. My 38 year old nephew resides here and the doctors here are sub par. Holly is a beacon of hope in nursing. Trying to get information whether I am calling or visiting is next to impossible. Blood work and communication between my nephew’s neurologist and the facility is slow and arduous. Even his neurologist told me he has become frustrated with this facility. My nephew only needs his infusions for MS to WALK again but he has been there several months and still has not had his neuro infusions because the facility’s transportation keeps cancelling. Four times transport cancelled. Now he is struggling with UTI and fever. I am looking for a new facility for my nephew but no other facilities as wide and far as Richmond will take him because of his age. This place is a nightmare. I have been as patient as I can be. I won’t even bother with the stolen cell phone and blanket I bought him. I still haven’t been reimbursed even though I submitted the receipts a month ago. Update: My nephew passed away completely immobile at this horrible place due to complications from MS and facility negligence which could have been mitigated had they taken him to his Tysabri infusion appointments. They missed all four appointments. No transportation issues were ever resolved. These places are not where people go to get better. The sick twisted irony is that they were kinder and more attentive to him (and me) when he was dying than when he had a fighting chance at surviving. I wish I’d had other resources. I’d have quit my job and taken care of him myself.
My family has had nothing but great remarks about your staff and facility since my Aunt has been there. I too am a saber employee, however my Aunt lives closer to ACON . I just wanted to say thank you for your kindness and exceptional care. I really appreciate it.
