I visited a family member and was pleased to see the smile on her face and to be assured of the good quality of care she was being provided with. The facility is very nice, and the staff were very friendly. I was greeted with a smile by every staff member and that made me feel welcomed. Thank you for taking good care of my family member
My husband is at Autumn Care for rehabilitation following a severe ankle break. I was a little concerned at first because a friend’s grandparents had been here and they were unhappy with some of the staff. Hubby didn’t have a lot to choose from on the list of rehab facilities so we chose Autumn Care. I am pleased to say that EVERYONE either he or I have encountered has been awesome. The nurses couldn’t be more caring and supportive! The OT and PT folks are top notch! The CNAs are super! The non-nursing staff are great as well and always ready to answer questions. I would recommend Autumn Care to anyone in need of inpatient rehab!
My aunt resides here. Autumn care is spotless, the staff friendly and here care impeccable. We POPPED up from Chicago unscheduled or planned TWICE and TWICE Autumn care delivered a 10 as a rating. Thank you for taking care of 710 she is my heart
Although the nursing staff and all of the rehabilitation staff were amazing, the experiencces that I had with the Social Worker, Shown,, were abysmal. She is truly a terrible human being and should never be in contact with patients or family members I was relieved to hear that she was fired from her position and I hope that Autumn care does their best to keep her from securing another position elsewhere. Dr D also made my life more difficult after my father had passed away by refusing to correct, the error in his death certificate for no good reason. All that did was add unnecessary stress to my life at a time when I am grieving I hope she thinks about the consequences of her actions on patients and their families in the future.
