I had my dad placed in the facility in September and from the start, the process was amazing. Everyone was supportive and helpful and answered all my question very clearly. I had no clue how this process worked but they helped tremendously! Torrie from the first conversation made the whole process so much easier and I was having a very hard time having to make the decision to place him there but she was compassionate and made me feel so much better in my decision. The whole staff are very personable and understanding, they are always willing to help in any way possible and inform me anytime there are questions regarding his care and make me have zero doubts my dad is safe and taken care of. From Angie at the front door to the administration staff, dad's social worker, Chris in transportation, all the way down the hall, every nurse is smiling and welcoming and always willing to answer any question I have. I do not know how I would have got through this process without this wonderful staff! My dad is very happy with his care and loves chatting and goofing off with the nurses which makes his stay so much more pleasant. I will never be able to thank them enough and am so appreciative of all they do! Thank you all!

From the start things went well and they seemed to care but that was not the reality. My mom fell 3 times in a week due to call bells not being answered and numerous times my mother was spoken down to. My mother had numerous surgeries that required high doses of pain medication but even though it was on her med list they nurse only gave her Tylenol and tramadol unless I advocated for her. If you can’t be there every minute of the day and night, DO NOT entrust your loved ones care to Autumn Care of Marion. Side note: Tuesday of this week my son and I went into my mothers shared room and not one person questioned why we were there or why we were packing up her belongings! We could’ve been anyone! This place does not prioritize patient safety and is a joke!
My mother and his mother-in-law was discharged from Mission Hospital into Autumn Care’s short-term rehabilitation program today. Her transitional care and admission to Autumn Care went very well. My family’s initial impressions with Autumn Care’s facility, staffing, customer service, cleanliness, support services and the respect patients receive by staff was pleasantly surprising! A special shout out and a big thank you to Victoria Gardner, Admissions Coordinator for taking the time and effort to thoroughly answer all my family’s questions / concerns. Her kindness, her joy of caring for others and a great sense of wit / fun are values that instill Autumn Care’s mission. Respectfully, Doug & Tony Gallion-Poole 5/2/24
My sister spent 10 1/2 months at Autumn Care in rehab. She made tremendous progress from the time she came in until the time she was discharged to go back home. The physical therapy staff is amazing. All the nurses, CNA's and staff have been so kind, helpful and supportative. Anytime I had a question or needed help with anything concerning her they were there for me. This is an excellent facility!
my Mother spent ten years in nursing homes and I looked after her and I spent several years as a pastor and visited many nursing homes and I have never been impressed by one until now. Autumn Care is the cleanest and most efficient one I have ever seen> everyone there is friendly, efficient, and very consistant in the care of the patients there. I give them an A++ rating
