My mother has been living at Autumn Care for nearly a month. She has adjusted very well with the friendly staff. She enjoys the food and is on time for every meal. The activities in the morning are enjoyable when she is able to go. Even tho mom isn’t a gamer and never enjoyed Bingo the activities director finds things for her to help with which mom enjoys. When there has been an issue the staff is very efficient of handling it quickly with a positive result. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the decor.

I have been overwhelmed by the staff and residents at Autume Care in Farragut. They have made this transition as easy as possible. I love knowing that my Mother is being cared for so well in a warm and loving environment. She is able to receive PT and OT in the same building, have her hair done etc. Starting her day with devotions, music then chair exercises is such a gift. The food is exceptional and the servers call each one by name. It is a gorgeous atmosphere that makes visiting comfortable. It is the Chic Fil A of senior living with friendly over the top service❤️
The patients at Autumn Assisted Living Homes are treated horribly and ruthlessly. After I posted the negative review on April 12, all I want is to spread awareness about these two who don’t have a medical degree nor Heart and no decency to make things right.
My mother passed away recently at Autumn Care. The staff and nurses were kind and helpful throughout her decline and death. Many of them now feel like family to me. I have only good feelings towards everyone at Autumn Care and they made this experience easier for me and my family.
My mom was a resident and it was a horrible experience. Zero communication and sub par care. When touring the facility I was told they went on outings, but my mom only went on one the entire time she was there! They talked me.into using their NP and she was awful. Put mom on a new med without talking to anyone in the family. When her doctor suggested taking her off of it they said no! They wouldn't talk about it..she would have to leave. That is horrible. Sedate the residents and provide no care. Horrible place. It was pretty, the cnas were nice and food was great. But horrible care and zero communication . Dont do it!!!
