The Admissions Director, Cassi Hess went above and beyond to assist me and my mother that’s battling stage 4 cancer. I’m her caregiver at home and there were some things I needed and questions I needed answered in preparation for my mother needing rehabilitation in the near future. Her selfless caring heart and nature really aided in my mother spirits being uplifted throughout her battle. We are thankful and forever grateful for her efforts and guidance.

I was at this facility last week for a tour for my family member. I came during an event and the staff had all these residents outside playing games and cooking out! One of the staff members said it was nursing home week I think. Either way, they definitely showed their residents a good time!
Austinburg Rehab has been a staple in the community for years. They have top notch PT/OT and an award winning staff! This is the place to be!
Staff is great! Admissions were an easy process. Private rooms are a good size too!
My cousin is long term care at Austinburg. She wanted to leave a review for her care team but, doesn't have email. In her own words “The staff has been wonderful. I really enjoy the therapy team!
