I cannot speak more highly of all those we have come into contact with at Aurrum. Mum has been a resident there for over 10 months, where the help and kindness shown to her and to us, her family has been outstanding. The staff and management take great time and care with her and look after her every need. She is thriving at Aurrum and we are so delighted with all that they do for her. The staff have been amazing and l would like to say a massive thank you to all.
From the moment I was introduced to Michelle and the Aurrum Erina team, it was as professional as it gets. My father is now a permanent resident there and he is the happiest he’s been in over 10 years. They show empathy, care and patience, all in abundance and the food is also of a very high standard. Couldn’t recommend them more! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The staff are excellent and take good care of my dad. I changed my rating from 3 stars to 1 due to a slew of disingenuous 5 star reviews recently added by aurrum management and staff. I find this really dodgy. If you think aurrum is a great place then you should save your reviews for linkedin. If your looking for a nursing home for your loved ones you should consider aurrum and your other options but don't trust biased reviews from staff.
Nice facilities and the staff genuinely care. Of course no place is perfect and the fact is it’s very difficult to get people to work in aged care so you need to take that into account. Note that the geriatricians visit via telehealth services which is basically on a laptop that was a learning for me and my family however overall I do recommend this facility.
