Absolute horror! Under no circumstances should you bring your loved ones to this facility! Our grandpa dismantled there so incredibly quickly - no treatments, no time for the patients and absolute language barriers (if you know what I mean). Agreements are not adhered to and there is no communication between the nursing staff. You get nasty calls because you supposedly forgot something, but nothing of that sort was communicated. There are no supplies such as diapers etc. provided there. You have to take care of that yourself. The patients sometimes lie in their own excrement for many hours and become very sore. It was just terrible to watch a loved one vegetate like that. :-( We tried to free Grandpa from this nightmare as quickly as possible, but unfortunately he died shortly afterwards. And you pay absolutely horrendous prices for it. If this facility has its way, then the health system for those in need of care is absolutely at the END. If you have the choice, choose another facility. I can only recommend it to everyone.

The staff is very friendly to people. I am very satisfied with the care my grandfather receives
