Today is my last day of three weeks at the facility. The staff – from the kitchen to the therapists to the cleaning staff – was very friendly. The surroundings are the icing on the cake. Every weekend, you climb a different mountain and can always go on excursions. Mobility is definitely an advantage, as public transportation isn't running regularly, especially on weekends.

I was able to complete a father's health program in this great area. The clinic is old, but it has a special charm about it. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were always there to answer any questions or concerns. The rooms are debatable, but I found them completely okay. It's not a hotel but a health clinic. I can't complain about the food at all. Always tasty and there is enough. It was a brilliant three weeks of relaxation. Thanks to the Insula Clinic team.
Today is my last day on maternity leave (I'm 48 years old, 2 children, married). Here is my summary: -Room is nice and spacious / the bathroom needs renovation because the toilet constantly smells unpleasant) - Dinner and breakfast: always the same, not much choice, the bread and rolls very dry, a lot from the package, -Lunch: tastes good, you can get a night's sleep, but still: not healthy, typical commercial kitchen food with lots of flavor enhancers etc. At home I cook fresher and healthier food. A role model for healthy cooking: NO -Courses: ok: a lot of relaxation, mindfulness, Nordic walking introduction, occasional fitness gymnastics, spinal gymnastics, consultations with doctors, lectures, creative activities, ergometer, red light sauna, physiotherapy / good for beginners, for advanced users: not enough, it's more of a taster and not deep therapy -Staff: very nice and helpful, a plus from me / everyone makes an effort -Building: in need of renovation, some equipment not working -Area to explore: excellent, you can do and see so much, very beautiful -Bus/car: you can get everywhere easily by bus, it's free with the spa card, they usually run every hour, by car you're just quicker and more flexible (parking fees are a lot, however)
The house is getting old, but ok for a treatment. It's not a holiday hotel either. It takes about an hour to walk to the next town. However, there is a bus that runs on site and can be used free of charge with a spa card.
I really enjoyed it and recovered well. I arrived with no expectations. I can't complain much about the food or the room. The employees are very nice and helpful. I'm having a nice time.
