Attivo Trail is a very happy place to live. Not only do we have multiple exercise classes to choose from, but we have long wide hallways to walk in if the weather is bad. I also like the choice that I can do my own water aerobics in the indoor pool On my own schedule. We have a great Staff here, and maintenance is very prompt when there’s a problem To be dealt with. I’m looking forward to spring time and the music in the courtyard, And gatherings around the fire pit in cool evenings. What more could one ask for?

We moved in on the 3rd day. It was available in this building. We've been very happy, cannot. Imagine me anywhere else I learned my wife kind of wishes. She was still in the house, but that's not going to happen. And she says not much, so very happy here, everybody's very friendly. And the strongly staff is our staff is outstanding. And it's very friendly.
We visited here in Feb 2024 and moved into Attivo in March. No hesitation, no second thoughts, never a regret. We love having a smaller place with all the extensions of our living space through use of the lounge (pool and game tables, TV), parlor (baby grand piano), huge celebration space as well as an intimate gathering space, exercise room with equipment, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor patio, BBQ grills, bocce ball court, climate controlled parking, the list goes on! Best yet, we don't have any maintenance chores, and now we don't pay property tax! And the friends, neighbors, and staff are the best!! Can't beat the nights by the firepit, and weekly happy hours that might include a hog roast!
My husband and I moved in to Attivo Trail 2 months ago. It was a hard decision for us to leave our home but it has been a wonderful transition!. From the first day we have felt welcomed by the staff and all of the other residents. You can be as active and involved in activities and clubs as you want to be. Lots of social activities and opportunities to meet other active seniors. Pool, gym, movies, Friday Happy Hour, and it is a pet friendly facility with a dog park. We absolutely love it here! The staff is the best and are very helpful. They are very involved in helping us with activities and planning events for us. We are very active with the indoor pool and other amenities and are no longer considered couch potatoes. This place has everything we need and want. Wonderful neighbors and friends to laugh with and enjoy. We no longer have to worry about snow removal or mowing and can actually enjoy our retirement. The best place for living!
