You should trust and believe every bad review you read about this facility. I made the mistake of not believing and my sister is currently in the hospital due to their extended negligence. My family has experienced incompetence and unprofessionalism from the nurses, administrators, social workers and alike. For the sake of your loved one, do not admit them to this facility.

I was visiting my sister and I was satisfied with the care she is getting. Two nurses came in to help her get more comfortable. and were very pleasant. The facility was clean and is always decorated for the season or holiday. 👍👍 I am always extremely pleased with everyone I speak to in Spring Hill. All of the workers are pleasant and very helpful to me and my sister who is a resident. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a friend staying for a few weeks. Day nurses were helpful but at night the nurses are never around. She had to wait for the day shift to get her medications. They serve the chicken for lunch and dinner every day. Then they let her leave with no instructions. I would not recommend facility this to anyone.
My aunt came to Atrium almost 4 months ago, not able to walk. She had a major fall, which took away a lot of her strength in her arms and legs. After 4 months, my aunt returned home, able to do everything like she used to. The Atrium was incredible every step of the way. The administrator, and concierge, were always professional, compassionate, and able to help us with everything we needed. Among many, I want to give a special shout out to Miss Young, Nurse Leroy, Nurse Nadine and every aide who helped out with the care of my aunt. We could not have been happier with our experience. The rehab was incredible. Between Jessica, Carol, and Vanessa, my aunt was stronger than before her fall. We absolutely loved The atrium of Wayne and are so happy we chose them!!!
First time was in Atrium at Wayne was in 2009. The nurses and staff were attentive during my stay. What a big difference a few years makes. My first day in, I did not see my nurse for 4 hours and I kept asking for pain medication. The aides came in but NEVER my nurse. When a nurse did come in, she said she was not originally assigned to me but will help the rest of the night. The explanation I got was they had to contact the doctor . If that was the case, why didn't she come in to explain it to me, in person instead of sending an aide? I am still in your facility and I have been waiting going on over 2 hours for my pain medication. This is not a good way to run a nursing facility. In the past I had spoken very highly of the place. Not any more, that's for sure. I am extremely disappointed.
