Exceptionally good! Everyone has been so good to me. They have taken care of anything I wanted and every time I rang the bell they were right here. They didn’t make me wait. The food was delicious. I had fun with all the activities and enjoyed them all. My therapists were so good to me and with me and the things they did for me were very helpful. They made it where I could get back home soon. All of my needs were met here. If I have to go back to a facility, I would choose Stanly Manor! Everyone that you meet here had a smile on their face.

My Dad recently had a 15 day stay here while recovering from 7 day stay in hospital. We toured some local skilled nursing facilities and this one was the cleanest by far. The ENTIRE STAFF, from admin, cleaning team, nursing teams, event coordinators, PT to nutrition staff were all FIVE STAR CAREGIVERS. You see, my Dad has had a few really bad experiences w re-hab facilities and was very anxious about coming here, but he was so GRATEFUL that he did. He actually cried yesterday when he left. He was so appreciative of everyone's hard work and commitment to the patients."You can tell they LOVE their jobs here. If I have to go through re-hab ever again, please bring me here" THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF AT STANLY MANOR FOR BEING SO GREAT TO MY DAD! 🫂
I came here a little over a year ago. In that short time the care has taken such a nose dive. Many nursing homes are short staffed but the CNAs and the nurses work together to keep things running smooth. Not here!!! The CNAs and nurses are overwhelmed, overworked and starting to become resentful. Causing pettiness and conflict between the staff. They don’t want to be here anymore than I do and I’m the patient. There are some good ones out the bunch. Some that just love helping people despite the ridiculous circumstances.I don’t know who is running this place but it’s not right at all. I don’t know if this a phase that’ll get worse before it get better but it’s not a happy place right now. They are still taking new admissions with little to no staff. Residents have no say so over their care or food. Worse Atrium facility I’ve been in. One good thing it’s motivated me to go back to school for Health Administration/Management. So thanks for that! Thanks to the nurses and CNAs and other staff who care and try to make me more comfortable in this place. I appreciate you.
My mother is in there. This place is the worse nursing home I have ever been in. My mother has been sick since she got there and they won't do anything to help her. She only went in there for rehabilitation for a fractured leg. She pushes the call button and no one comes or ask her if she needs something. There has been times when they have even hide the button on her so she couldn't push it. I would like to find somewhere else to put her. Don't send your love ones there.
Who is running this place? Everyone from the CNA maybe the nurses too (you barely see them on the floor so I don’t know) to the kitchen staff are rude nasty and lack integrity for their jobs I’m here TODAY and these women don’t have ANY HOSPITALITY not even SOUTHERN Hospitality I have a family member here and I am trying my best to get her sent to Trinity Oaks where they actually KNOW how to treat people. This is LOW even for ATRIUMS STANDARDS
