My Mom lived at Atria Rancho Mirage for 3 ½ years, the first year in Assisted Living followed by 2 ½ years in Memory Care. I definitely recommend this place. They send out monthly newsletters detailing updates and activities. They have a mobile app where you can stay updated on the activities, meals, and other items. They send out twice yearly satisfaction surveys, which I have completed. The facility is clean, bright, and welcoming. There are lots of activities. The food is very good with lots of choices. The staff interacts well with the residents. When my Mom had to move to memory care, the staff took care of everything for the move. They explained the move to her, moved her, moved her stuff, hooked up the TV/cable/phone, and hung her pictures on her walls. Memory care at Atria was just what Mom needed. Her time there was notable for some of the exceptional caregivers and med techs she had. The memory care director changed during her time there, but it was a smooth transition, and both of the directors were excellent. The staff in memory care keeps a close eye on the residents, engaging them in the common areas, and checking on them when they are in their rooms. My Mom was in Hospice for her final 9 months, and they worked very well as a team; Hospice said good things about Atria, and Atria said good things about Hospice. When my Mom passed, they were very supportive in working with us to clean out her apartment and take care of her things.

I just want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Lenais at the Atria Rancho Mirage facility in Rancho Mirage, California. Lenais oversees the memory care unit at that location. I found myself in a situation where I had to move my mom into a memory care facility very quickly due to a family emergency. Lenais is truly one of a kind. Her compassion and willingness to go above and beyond to help my mom adjust to her new surroundings was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. She took the time to listen carefully to my mom’s needs and made sure she felt comfortable and supported in her new environment. Although my mom’s stay at the facility was brief, words cannot express how thankful I am for the care and kindness she received. It’s rare to encounter someone who shows such deep empathy for a complete stranger—especially in such a difficult and emotional situation. We need more people like Lenais in this world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I love these reviews. They are saying exactly what I want to say except I want to add some names. Tito is the best! He knows ALL the residents and their needs. We see how he is with the residents and feel lucky and comfortable to have our mom here. Gali is one of the nurses. One day she knew something was not right with our mom. We took mom to her DR and everything seemed fine. Gali knew something wasn't , mom ended up at the hospital and had pneumonia! We will always appreciate her. Tito and Gali are the Heart of Atria!! Chris is the Face of Atria. The first person you will meet and Atria is also very lucky to have him. He is extra caring and went the extra for us the day we signed up mom. Everything that Chris said in describing the place and the people and the staff is true. The front receptionists have all been so nice and helpful to us too!! As we were touring the facility I asked a few residents how they liked it there while watching how the staff interacted with each other. They were all so nice and welcoming of our mom it made the whole transition easier. We too highly recommend Atria Rancho Mirage it is Well Managed... the Entire staff is great.
I came in for a tour with my mom and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was so helpful and kind. Once mom gets her house up for sale, we know exactly where she will go.
My mother and I recently toured Atria Senior Living in Rancho Mirage, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. Chris, who guided us through the tour, was absolutely amazing. My mother, who is very independent and initially skeptical about senior living, was won over by Chris's kindness, professionalism, and the warm atmosphere of the community. The entire staff we encountered was friendly, smiling, and welcoming, which really put my mother at ease. We even had the chance to participate in one of their daily activities—a Wednesday "happy hour"—and my mother truly enjoyed it. The experience was so positive that she's no longer on the fence about making this important decision. I highly recommend Atria Senior Living in Rancho Mirage to anyone considering senior living options. The care and attention they provide are top-notch!
