Both of my parents have lived at Atria Place and my entire family is so grateful to the joy and peace it has brought to their lives. Most recently my mom moved in, having lived independently until her 92nd year. So giving up her independence was a big deal. However, the welcome and first class care she has received at Atria in her first weeks has been extraordinary. She so appreciates the caring and professional staff, the extra support she has received as she is recovering from a break, and she loves the delicious meals. The quality collaborative staff have created a loving positive "can do" atmosphere that extends to the residents who are equally as positive, warm and enthusiastic. My mother has been welcomed as if she just arrived at a new college dorm - which is what Atria seems like to the next generation wondering what is in store for us..... Atria makes it seem like it could even be fun!

The property is beautiful and the staff is incredibly supportive and helpful through every step of the process — from registration to move-in day. They made my Dad feel at home during this important life transition. The Director, John Pezzella, went above and beyond for us. He is a wonderful ambassador of Atria Merrimack Place.
The staff at Atria at Merrimack Place made Dad’s transition to his new home as smooth for him, and our family, as possible. The staff is very engaging, supportive, and kind. Dad immediately felt right at home and speaks highly of the staff. They helped us navigate what can be a challenging transition, for which we are grateful.
Atria Merrimac was a godsend for our family. We moved mom from Florida during Covid and the management and staff could not have been kinder in helping her have a smooth transition. During that time, Atria worked hard to keep residents engaged (even with a portable bar cart that went room-to-room during happy hour) and communicated well to families. Once that was over, we got to appreciate the beautiful and spotless facility, extensive dining menu, variety of activities, and most of all, caring staff. As mom’s needs changed, the executive leadership was extremely helpful and supportive to the family as we determined next steps. Based on our experience over four years, I recommend Atria Assisted Living.
Atria at Merrimack Place has been a Godsend for our family! My parent's transition to assisted living has not been an easy or smooth one (for medical reasons that have swiftly changed), but the staff at Atria has gone above and beyond to help us all adjust. And I mean the ENTIRE staff! Directors who have answered my plethora of questions, bus drivers to get my parent's to their church services and Dr's appointments, maintenace who has helped with many moves, to aids that clearly love taking care of the residents and treat them with incredible care and respect. I cannot give Atria at Merrimack Place enought strars. They are the reason that I can sleep at night knowing that my parents are in the caring hands that they are deserving of.
