Atria Maplewood Place is a wonderful senior community. The recent renovations have made the space feel fresh and welcoming, and the wide, spacious hallways are my personal favorite — perfect for residents using walkers, canes, or wheelchairs. The layout is easy to navigate, which adds an extra layer of comfort and independence for seniors. The staff, especially Shah and his team are attentive, compassionate and kind. The overall environment feels safe, warm, and full of life.

My name is Beth - I have been a part of this community for 7 months and I have met a lot of really great people that live and work here. The thing that really makes Maplewood Place special are the individuals who inhabit our community. They make it an incredibly warm and welcoming environment to both live and work in. Everyone that visits our community immediately feels the inviting and inclusive atmosphere. The happiness is contagious!
I am so glad to learn about Atria Maplewood's low-income housing tax credit program through Shah, the Community Sales Director. He took time to explain the eligibility for seniors to afford housing without breaking the bank! What a blessing for seniors who need a break! Thank you so much, Shah, for your dedication & attention to details. You showed us all the beauty in this facility, especially with the spacious rooms, delicious food & exciting amenities. It's easy to refer folks here! Folks that live here raved about this site!
Took a tour of ATRIA MAPLEWOOD PLACE recently, and I’ll just say this, absolutely phenomenal atmosphere, from the guide we had named SHAH who took his time explaining everything offered, talked of the staffing availability and shared all the needs my fiancés Dad would need upon a room becoming available. Sadly my FIL passed away just recently, but if I’d had my way he’d have been residing at ATRIA almost immediately. Do yourself a favor, book your tour soon, you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Mr. SHAH
Shah was fantastic! We were looking for a place for my dad and he answered EVERY question, listened intently to all our concerns and explained everything in detail. He left no doubt in our minds that dad would absolutely love it there. Sadly, he passed before we could make the move. Thank you again Shah!
