This beautiful community serves delicious and nutritious appetizing meals. They have wonderful activities always going on with lots of residents participating in all the various activity and common areas spaces. The sales director Dorine, and the Executive Director Alyssa do a wonderful job with this community. I would be thrilled to have my loved ones stay here.
I have help numerous senior citizens move into this wonderful community. I can say the caregivers are very nice to the residents and the management team is very attentive. I would be very pleased if a family member of mine lived here. GREAT FACILITY.
I spent many years in the senior living industry, so if anyone was going to find any of Atria's weak spots, it would be me. During the 8 months my mother lived at Atria Bethlehem, I couldn't find a thing to be concerned about. I especially appreciate the job Alyssa (ED) and Crystal (DON) do to ensure staff and residents are functioning their best. My mom was in pretty bad shape physically and emotionally when she moved in. She got so much better that it was shocking to our family. From the nutrition services to activities to just the social aspect of being around other people, they did an excellent job bringing her back to life. She herself has no complaints and still talks with fondness about her time at Atria and what they did for her. I would not hesitate to have a loved one live there.
My parents decided to do respite care at Atria. My father was recovering from surgery and Atria was just the perfect place. The staff was caring and very responsive. I was very concerned with their transition to this new environment, but quickly my confidence in everyone that works there helped in erasing any concerns or worries. Any problem or concern was quickly addressed and resolved. I can not recommend Atria more.
