We had a fantastic experience collaborating with Atria at Foster Square. Magical Memories Entertainment provided Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus for a holiday celebration, and the entire event was truly heartwarming. The venue itself is cozy and beautifully maintained, creating the perfect setting for a festive gathering. What stood out most was the staff’s genuine care and attention to their residents. Their commitment to creating meaningful and joyful experiences was clear in every detail of the event, from the warm welcome to the seamless coordination. It was an absolute pleasure to work with a team so dedicated to making their residents feel special.

Truly a 5 Star experience walking into Atria Foster Square. They totally changed my perspective on what senior living can offer. If you’re looking for luxury, modern, and upscaled living, then this is the place! P.S. LOVE the food here!
Living at Atria Foster Square is a gift I gave myself and life in much easier for me living here. Today is one month that I’ve been here. Even though I am 60 years old and much younger than most of the residents, my hereditary disability has progressed and I’m not able to function as well as I used to. Every week my laundry (including bedding if I want) is done, returned clean and folded. Light housekeeping is done weekly also. Three meals a day are included and the food is good to excellent. I don’t require a Michelin chef and Santos and his staff make tasty and healthy meals. Desserts are my favorite! The staff here are impressive.....friendly and helpful and address residents by name. From all the executive staff/directors to Concierges to drivers to caregivers, everyone is respectful and attentive. I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere. Even though Covid protocols limit activities at the moment, Kris, Resident Engagement Director, has many activities daily that are fun and engaging. Twice daily exercises, morning coffee/conversation, learning and art activities, Bingo and Name That Tune, a daily or twice daily movie, religious services and events, Blackjack and Poker.....there’s something for everyone! This isn’t a medical facility so there isn’t medical help available but every resident wears an alert pendant that gets a rapid response. Fellow residents are friendly and welcoming and inclusive, and those are all important to me. Transportation booked in advance is available within reason and particularly helpful for me since I don’t have a car here and is included in the monthly cost. There’s a waiting list for parking in the garage but parking nearby is plentiful. The Post Office is outside and a small market, Starbucks and half a dozen restaurants too. Poppies Bistro is right outside the lobby and now open with limited hours. Each resident has their own mailbox with larger mailboxes for Post Office delivered packages that don’t fit in your mailbox. Packages from UPS, Fedex, Amazon, etc are delivered to your apartment by staff. My beloved cat is here with me, a top priority for me. I also very much appreciate that it’s quiet here and comfortable and nothing like a nursing home. Help is available for additional cost and I it use once in a while at the moment. Before I chose this facility I toured others in the area and nothing came close. I’m very happy with my choice!
Do not ger fooled by how pretty everything looks, we did thinking the care would reflect the pretty outside. We gave our notice to move out before she had been there for 30 days, it was dangerous for her to remain there. would not recommend them. In the first 30 days my grandmother lived at this facility, she fell 6 times, 2 of those she went to the ER. We were paying for inconsistence care and they were checked her during the night, the workers would complain to me that they If you're putting your loved one in memory care, I had to clean her every morning when it was explained to me they would check in the middle of the night. At any given time, you can 1 or 2 workers scrolling on their phones. I have walked out needing someone that works there and it takes 5 minutes to find them. They cared so little about keeping track of belongings, my grandma would have a bunch of random clothes in her closet and I'm sure we lost some of hers. Every facility we visited afterwards looking for a new place, told us horror stories of residents that had been moved from there to their facilities, one facility received 8 of their patients in one year. They have huuuuge amounts of vacancies because their care sucks. It seems like they don't care about their workera and they in turn don't provide great care.
We’ve found that the Atria Foster Square team consistently delivers excellent service in every aspect. From the culinary staff providing quality meals to the care team offering thoughtful and attentive support, the directors ensure that the community is well-managed and runs smoothly. We appreciate how their professionalism shines through in even the minute details—whether it's accommodating specific requests or handling unexpected situations with care and efficiency. They maintain a high standard of service, making it a reliable and well-rounded facility.
