We met with Dawn at Astral to get info about moving my mom into an independent living apartment. We had the BEST experience. From the beginning, Dawn made it clear that my mom was the center of this process. She took time to ask my mom about what she likes, what she wanted out of her community and what apprehensions she had. She was personable, she answered all our questions and most importantly gave my mom a sense of belonging that she needed to want to make this transition. Moving a parent into a senior community is extremely difficult and Dawn and the crew at Astral did an amazing job!!

As for location, it's very clean and well taken care of. The 2 residents I met were very sweet! Lady at front desk was super sweet and kind. How ever I was told I would be contacted back after being interviewed regardless of if I got the position or not. And I got no response. When I reached out to them was given a short, rather snarky reply.
I am blessed to work at and with some amazing people who give all to the residents and community. The facility is very welcoming and clean. Everyday I learn more about our company and residents. Everyone is willing to help and make the best memories with our residents.
Family member there. Care is good. Staff are kind and attentive. Sometimes a little short on staff. Meals are good. Different activities.
Great meeting & banquet area. Staff was personable & friendly!
