What a great place for rehab!!!!!! All depts are amazing to work with; nursing, therapy and even the administration office. Patients outcomes are always far better at discharge! The social services department is FANTASTIC and always makes sure patient has all needs met, equipment needed and assistance at home at discharge. Communication is wonderful within this community, and that in itself is worth 5 Stars!!!!!
My stay at Astoria has been wonderful,the,aids,nurses,therapists everyone was nice,they all worked together..I can't tell you how that made me feel.YOU GO ASTORIA!!!!!!!
My mother in-law received rehab at Astoria. AJ was one of the best CNA's we encountered. He was kind and attentive. He made my mother in-laws stay comfortable. He definately deserves recognition.
I have worked in community healthcare services for local seniors for 9 years. I have always recommended Astoria for my clients. The administration listens to the resident and family needs, takes care of the staff, and the staff then cares well for their residents. Astoria is on the preferred list for my clients when looking for rehab or the coveted long-term care bed.
