Aston Park has to have the very best, caring, and attentive staff of any facility that I have ever seen. The building is nice but the strongest facility doesn’t revolve around a building but the staff. The staff is amazing. Aston Park’s greatest asset is their caring and empathetic employees.

No words can adequately express my thanks to the Aston Park staff in the memory care unit who cared for my husband. Not only did they provide professional care, but also care that was respectful, patient, and loving. It takes a special person to care for patients with dementia. In the fourteen months that my husband lived at Aston Park, his condition declined rapidly, both physically and cognitively. His behavior could swing from sweet to belligerent in an instant, but staff met him wherever he was with respect and kindness. Rightly, they never blamed the man, only the disease. How fortunate we were to have found in Aston Park such a professional, cheerful, and loving environment. I will be forever grateful.
It’s a wonderful place. It’s nestled in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. That is warm and inviting all in itself. My mother is there and I am very satisfied and happy with her care. I find that steady, open Communication is best for everyone.
I am so thankful that my sister is at Aston Park. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. They do a great job with a difficult task, and keep a sense of humor!
My mom is there now for rehab. It's really a nice facility. The administrator, PT staff, nurse, doctor, CNA, and social workers I had the pleasure of meeting were very impressive. Her room had a big window with sun pouring in, she enjoyed the food, and everything was shiny, clean and nice smelling. No strong chemical cleaner odors, but just a clean, fresh experience for me.
