Services offered are great I enjoy them all. The shopping and restaurant trips are fun. The Executive director Jeff communicates well with residents about updates in the community.

At the ALF. I’m not sure who drives the grey Tesla with the Hawaii flowers on it but they must be staff parking in the visitor parking spots. It is there every time I come to visit. I think a lot of staff parks in the visitor spots. There is not enough parking for visitors as it is. They also allow golf carts to park in the visitors parking. They should have a designated area for those.
Management lies and care is quite limited. It is very hard to get assistance or care in the assisted living. They add on charges and do not have an after hours line. My mother is supposed to be getting checked every 2 hours, but that does not occur. Nursing staff is extremely overworked.
Management is excellent to work with and available for meetings. Of all the surrounding homes in Sun City Center area this is by far the best. It's kept very clean and menus give the residents choices Its a smaller place but that makes it more attractive. Assisted living residents interact and outings are available to satisfy everyone. I see it as a COMMUNITY.
My mother has lived there for several years and she is very happy there. She is a few months from 96 years old. She recently was called to the office because her rent check had an error. When spelling out $2,996 she wrote "two thousand nine hundred and six" but the numerical amount was correct. She corrected the error by writing in "ninety" and was charged $20 extra for her mistake.
