After dealing with the giant company who does a lot of advertising on TV, it was a genuine pleasure to speak directly and easily with one of the staff and owners at Assisted Living Technologies. Julia was as helpful as if she was a neighbor invested in making sure things were right for my elderly mother. And their monthly cost is less than half of the big corporate provider that you see on TV, for what looks like an identical product (necklaces or bracelets with buttons to call for help, family or 911). I would so highly encourage you to call Assisted Living Technologies first and last. They are great!
Wow! True professionalism is hard to find, But this place has it!! This company has a fantastic array of products to keep people safe at home. That, along with the professionalism, product knowledge, patience with questions, and putting together the perfect package for my needs, at a great price, by Sean McDonald... was above and beyond! You have made ME feel secure about Mom being able to stay safely at home, where she wants to be. Priceless! I had no idea this company did home care, or I would have called them first, and if any problem arises, they will be our next call for certain. I so appreciate Mr Sean McDonald's willingness, and the speed at which he has helped us out with this! Mom is nearly 88 and I've been dealing with the home care service arena for a few years now. The contrast between most other agencies/services, and Assisted Living Services... is like night and day!! I am Thankful, and Relaxed!
Irfan, who came out to set up my grandmother's product was wonderful! His approach was kind and friendly and he engaged with her and myself during the set up. I saw how she was at ease with him, which isn't always the case with her! She is wearing the Personal Emergency Response necklace and we are also pleased with the affordable cost. Thank you for a great experience!
The installation process was incredibly easy. Everyone I talked to along the way was knowledgeable and friendly. The set up tech was lovely and helpful to my mother. When she did need to use it the alerts were thorough and the people very helpful.
