Vince was a lifesaver. I live in another state and needed help moving my father into a memory care facility. Vince was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and very organized, making the process significantly less stressful. Additionally, he knows everyone in the area so provided great referrals to other professionals that I needed as part of the journey. He constantly checked in to see how else he could help and has become a member of the family! Could not recommend him enough!
You WILL NOT find a more caring, conscientious, attentive, empathetic, reliable, responsive, all around wonderful team to help when you are in your most difficult times trying to find care for your loved one. Vince is an amazing human, and it is his nature to go above and beyond in whatever he does. I was in a very desperate moment and reached out for help because I needed placement immediately. within a day Vince had already gotten no less than 4 or 5 options for me to consider, from cost-effective to the higher end of care. So that wherever my price range was I had options to consider. We landed on the Terraces At Via Verde and I could not be happier. Vince has been amazing to work with and always available to take a phone call or respond quickly to a text message. I have personally referred a few families to Vince when our community is not a good fit for a prospective or existing Resident.
