Jennifer assisted my family with finding a senior living community for our Mom (Mom was in a community that was not meeting her needs at the time we met Jennifer, through a referral). She was compassionate, professional and understanding in all of our dealings with her. Jennifer took the time to understand the situation with Mom and her specific/unique needs, and encouraged and supported our perspectives, while tactfully conveying her own observations and opinions. We toured several communities, and it was clear that she has built positive working relationships with the key people at each location. This gave us confidence in her observations and recommendations. After an extended period of frustration with Mom's senior living situation, Jennifer found a great match for her and us. She helped us through the transition process and has remained connected post-move. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone facing the challenge of figuring out how to provide adequate senior care for a loved one.

My parent’s health declined rapidly in early 2024; my father was in a skilled nursing facility, my mother was disabled and living alone with a part time care giver. My sister and I did every bit of research we could to find the right living solution for my parents. We ended up mired in multiple systems, unable to find our way. With Jennifer’s help, we were able to move my parents into a wonderful personal care community. Amazing!!! We had been struggling with for months and months, Jennifer was able to do very quickly. But more than that, she provides each family member with care and support. Through her, We became part of a network of Support of all kinds. And, she taught us so much about how to interact in this new space we had found ourselves. I can’t speak highly enough about Jennifer and her work.
