I had an excellent experience relocating my mom from a SNF from PA to DE. I was given honest reviews of the facilities and they worked with me and my limitations as home bound. They filmed several tours of the SNF so I could see the facilities before deciding. They always responded promptly and asked detailed questions to help find the best facility to meet my moms needs.
I highly recommend Stephen and Assisted Living Locators. I had no idea where to even begin navigating this process. But I am glad I filled out that form because Stephen did it all. He was there from the beginning to then end. He determined what we were looking for, then suggested places to visit, set up the visits, facilitated the conversations and helped navigate roadblocks and detours along the way. I could not imagine having to go through this process without his help.
