For the last two years I used ALS of Cheshire to help care for my mom after she fell and broke her shoulder in five places. Soon after it became evident she needed even more care than daytime help. Each time, they sent me some of the best caregivers who took great care of my mother many of who developed loving friendships with my mom. I continued using their services when I had to move my mom to a memory care facility. If I had not had these wonderful women telling me what was really going on at that place, I am positive my mother would have passed much sooner than she did. I would definitely recommend ALS of Cheshire if you need good caregivers.
Assisted Living Services is a beautiful office. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, able to answer any questions you may have. Melissa interviewed me and Liz did my orientation, both were great. I would definitely recommend this establishment to families in need of care for their loved ones.
Am a staff of Assisted Living. I was called for interview and it was detailed but simple and friendly. When I passed and went to Orientation, it was a waw. I learnt a lot and Liz the training coordinator was fanrastic in her delivery. I had certificates to prove my learning and exams passed. As if that was not enough, the Boss himself came to my job after few days to see how things are going and to give me a welcome package. The scheduler also did a follow call to see progress. Assisted Living is a top notch Care Agency to work for. They care for clients and care givers well
