DONT TAKE YOUR MOM OR DAD HERE 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 Nasty dirty staff, and facility this place should be closed down.especially the caregivers & nurses at night. I am HIGHLY UPSET , if I could give ZERO stars I would 🤬🤬🤬
I was extremely fortunate to be connected with Charter Senior Living. They have helped tremendously with the placement and care of my aunt, in need of support for her dementia. Great staff, bright facilities, and very personal care.
Awful! My mother was left more than a few times soaked in her own urine, and I frequently witnessed employees using their phones-even when a patient was holding on to them for support. The list goes on and on. I didn’t sleep after the original manager left, because I worried so much about my mother. I had to check on her daily just to manage what they weren’t. I couldn’t wait until I was able to move my mother out of there and into a home that actually cared about her well-being.
Clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and attentive. Many enjoyable activities. Mother seems a lot happier. Nice outdoor area.
