If you want to be blindsided and fired by text then this is the place for you to work at! The admin will text u that ur fired out of no where... No verbal warning no write up... Just a text... A text that didn't even tell u why ur being let go.... U try calling her and she just ignores u.The other employees are like teenagers in highschool that are nice to ur face then stab u in the back by talking crap about u. Also if your the stronger aide u will end up doing 90 percent of the care while ur partner does 10 percent. And management wonders why they have a high turnover rate here and are never fully staffed. The residents are all very awesome here! Management and the girl staff are very unprofessional. You contact the owner and he takes the admins word over the employee every time it doesn't matter if u are in the right...he will always take her side. The families and residents are amazing to care for but the employees here and management make it unbearable to work for.

My dad spent the last month of his life at Aspen with assistance from Hospice of Spokane. We could not have found a better, more welcoming place on such short notice. The staff was very attentive and caring. The private room was clean, homey, and warm. Aspen really did help us make the best of our dad's end of life situation. Thank you, Erica, Sheri, Liz, Haylee, Silver, Chris, and Jorge.
Aspen Quality Care is just that. Quality care that the owners, and staff, can and should be proud of. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable for the residents and their families. Melanie and Jonathan Bess have created an environment that is relaxing and secure. The staff are treated very well, and their goal is to provide excellent care. The level of care at this home is unmatched by any home I have seen in this area. I would happily place my parents or grandparents with this company. Aspen Quality Care is setting the standard in the northwest for what an Adult Family Home should be.
My parents were the first residents of Aspen Quality Care. Over the next three years, I was continually pleased and amazed by the professional and loving care they received. Melanie has a true gift for working with family members and hiring the very best staff ever. I could not possibly be more sincere about recommending this facility for someone you love.
I have my Mom at Aspen and there is not another place that I would have her at. I checked out several places but when I came to Aspen it was warm and extremely friendly. The owners and caregivers treat each resident as if they are their family and they treat the family like that too. The food is homemade and is excellent and if you need a special diet they do that to. My mom has been in other assisted living places but this is the first time she calls this one her home.
