I can't say enough good things about Aspen Hill. From the moment I toured, we were met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff went above and beyond for my father, making sure he was not only medically well cared for, but emotionally supported too. The nurses were attentive, the aides were compassionate, and the administrators were always available to answer questions to keep us informed. The center was always clean, well maintained, and welcoming. It gave us real piece of mind knowing our lived one was in such capable hands. Highly recommend Aspen Hill to anyone looking for quality rehab care.
I went to visit a relative who was at Aspen Hill. When I arrived, they were currently doing a PT appointment, but I ended up having a lovely conversation with the receptionist at the time I believe her name was Lee. In between her regular duties, we had a fantastic conversation to the point where I even forgot that I was there to see a relative until they came out into the lobby after completing their appointment. The building was still under construction, but the renovations looked to be coming along very well. Everyone was super friendly. I felt extremely comfortable while there.
I would like to commend the outstanding job Jasmine accomplishes for the residents in the B Wing. She is always striving to please them with cooking, bingo, singing plus so many numerous activities. My sister Lucy Meade loves Jasmine so much. She makes their day! I have witnessed how their faces light up with her presence. She is a joy for the residents! It is truly important to feel secure with the fact that Jasmine is truly an asset for Aspin Hill. Sylvia Sherman 4/14/25
It was a tough decision for my siblings and myself to make putting my dad in long term care. He has now been at Aspen Hill for a little over a year and has adjusted quite well. He gets along quite well with most of the staff and it seems as though they enjoy having him there. One staff member in particular that comes to mind is the activities assistant Jazmine. She goes over and above. She keeps the residents busy for the biggest part of the day. She has clever ideas to keep them busy and she gives individual attention to each resident that spends time in the day room. All the residents look forward to seeing her each day. I am grateful to her knowing that my dad will be kept busy and not sitting in his room all day. Thank you to Jazmine and all of the staff at Aspen Hill
